Duration: 4 weeks plus grading week

Match Style: Stroke Play individual

Competition Rules
1. Score Submission
• All players must submit their official score for each weekly round.
• Scores must be submitted before the weekly cutoff.
• Players may pre-record up to two rounds if they will be away, booked with staff supervision.
2. Handicap System
• Competitors receive a Tournament Handicap af, ter the grading round.
• Handicaps are based on grading score and staff discretion.
• Handicaps may be adjusted only after Round 1 and 2, then locked for the remainder of the event.
3. Gameplay Settings & Simulator Rules
• All settings will be identical for all players.
• No mulligans permitted unless a simulator error occurs and is validated by staff.
4. Scoring Format
• Four 18-hole rounds; total net scores accumulate.
• Lowest total net score after four rounds is declared the winner.
5. Weekly Prizes
• $50 Closest to the Pin winner.
• $50 Lowest Net Round Score winner.
• Ties for lowest round are decided by Closest to the Pin ranking.
6. Late or Missing Rounds
• Missing rounds may incur penalty scores unless prior approval granted.
If you are going to miss a round, let staff know and you can be approved to play a double round.
9. Course Conduct
• Players must respect equipment and follow venue etiquette.
10. Final Tiebreakers
• If both players are there on GF night it will be a playoff starting on hole 1 – The Old National Golf Course and will keep playing the course until there is a winner.
• If absent, the winner will be dictated by the a final CTP shot on the 16th hole at The Old National Golf Course at the end of the round.
11. Leaderboard
• All scores will be submitted on the leaderboard each week. The maximum score on the leaderboard is -10 for the round.
Entry & Fees
Cost: $25 per player per round ($50 per team)
Format: 18 holes each week
Payment: Paid before tee-off (in-store or online booking)
Prizes & Giveaways
Season Champions: $500 for the winner
Weekly Winners: minor prizes and giveaways for lowest net score & closest-to-pin ($50)
Giveaways: Random draws throughout the season
